Has the winter wonderland weather finished slapping you around yet? Those of you who do not have the option to stay home in terrible weather have my sympathy.
Many of us are still out there struggling, fighting the good fight. Just thinking about having to go out and avoid falling down or being in a motor vehicle accident automatically drops you down into protective mode. Then you venture out in a hunched position as you try to withstand the elements. Unfortunately, doing this while getting from Point A to Point B puts a lot of stress on your body in addition to all the other things that are not good for your body.
Eventually you get where you are going and do what needs to be done. After you stand or sit for excessive amounts of time either too hot or too cold wherever you are, it is finally time to leave. Eventually you get home, feeling like you have done 15 rounds. There are things you know you can do to minimize the effects of bad weather, but sometimes all you want to do is eat and go to sleep. You know it will catch up with you, don't you?
