While doing my email blast for April, I had umbrellas on the brain. I came across umbrella breathing, which I think may be helpful to you. This exercise will help you focus on being in the moment.
Here’s what you do:
Repeat this as many times as you like, ideally for 3 to 5 minutes. Try to stay in the moment and be conscious of your breath.
