Japanese tea ceremony? Nope, even though I am a huge fan of tea. My search for a non-bitter green tea to drink daily continues and I am always intrigued by tea-related events. So when I saw this tea ritual online, I was surprised to find that it is about massage.
I know the last blog notes were about deep tissue, but trust me, that's not the subject this time around. Many massage therapists use something other than their hands during a relaxation massage. It may be a stone (hot or cold), lava shell, hot paws, flax packs (hot or cold), golf balls, etc. However, it seems Japan has taken a bold step forward in relaxation devices.
